This study was motivated by students' low learning outcomes regarding the topic of colloids, instruction that tended to be teacher-centered, and the lack of digital teaching materials integrating the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) approach. To address these issues, this study developed a STEM-based e-module in a flipbook-assisted digital format, designed to link colloid concepts with contextual problems, thereby supporting more interactive and meaningful learning. The study aimed to determine the e-module's feasibility, student responses, and the improvement in learning outcomes following its use. A Research and Development (R&D) method was employed using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Trials were conducted with Grade XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Morawa. Data collection involved validation by subject matter and media experts, student response questionnaires, and learning outcome tests. The e-module's effectiveness was tested using a one-group pretest-posttest design, with learning outcome improvements analyzed via N-Gain scores. The results indicate that the developed STEM-based e-module met the "highly feasible" criteria, based on expert ratings of 83.21% from subject matter experts and 87.16% from media experts. The e-module also elicited a very positive response from students, with an average score of 87.51%. Implementation of the e-module improved student learning outcomes, evidenced by an increase in the average score from 45.28 (pre-test) to 79.72 (post-test), with an N-Gain score of 0.63, falling into the "medium" category. These findings demonstrate that the developed STEM-based e-module is not only suitable as digital teaching material but is also effective in enhancing student learning outcomes regarding colloids through contextual, student-centered learning.
